Our client Omegawave is an innovative and leading provider of performance optimization tools for Elite Sports Teams and Stars, offering a unique product portfolio currently covering B2B solutions for world class clients such as Manchester United and Bayern Munich and developing an exciting new B2C solution in Finland to capitalize on their truly revolutionary technology and bring its benefits to the masses.
Omegawave are currently looking for a
to join their fast growing team and join them on the path to success.
Based in Espoo, Finland you will drive the Consumer Sales of Omegawaves award winning and unique technology via a dedicated and growing team of sales professionals and engaging directly with key customers on strategic issues. The rollout will start with Europe and North America but will expand with time. The successful candidate will have a true love of sports and the gravitas to engage and motivate the team as well as key prospects and potential clients.
Candidates will need to show a successful career in sales leadership and knowledge of both technology and the health and wellness or sports markets. University level education in Technology or Business preferred as is experience playing competitive sports at a professional level. Fluency in English is essential and at least one other language would be an advantage as this role has a truly global remit. Package to attract the best and includes stock compensation.
Definition:
• The main purpose of the role is to develop and manage the sales channel for Omegawave consumer products and services. This includes managing strategic distribution partnerships, and other sales channels.
• Key responsibilities:
o Develop and manage selected channel partnerships for Omegawave
o Ensure required customer and marketing support activities are developed for the partner channel
o Organize customer support service for Omegawave consumer channel
o Manage Omegawave’s own marketing activities (PR, advertising, ambassadors, events, etc) for the consumer services in close alignment with the professional channel
o Carry out product planning and requirement management for the consumer market
Skill Profile:
• Sales management: Partner management
• Marketing: BtoC marketing, digital marketing
• Sports: Understanding of the needs of sports organizations highly desirable
• Customer focus, learning agility
• Team player, ability to keep commitments
• Minimum Master’s Degree, with sufficient business administration knowledge
• Good command of English
